Description:

This patient had her implants for over a decade and because of time and gravity she developed a waterfall deformity, leaving her unhappy with her breasts. She also had an animation deformity which contributed to her decision to have her implants removed. Dr. Plant performed total capsulectomies with removal of both implants and added a vertical mastopexy ("lollipop lift") to reshape the breast.
