This patient felt like her breasts had become progressively more deflated and saggy over the past 20 or so years since having her children and was also unhappy with the results of a tummy tuck she'd had by a different surgeon about 10 years earlier, specifically she felt that her scar was too thick, that she had residual dog-ears and that her belly button was too high. Dr. Plant helped correct her breast concerns by performing a breast augmentation using full profile 345g smooth round silicone implants placed in a dual plane III pocket through an inframammary crease incision. Although they discussed doing a lift at the same time to get the nipples at a more "ideal" height she did not want the scars that come with a lift and was happy having her nipples a little lower on the breast. To address her abdomen Dr. Plant performed a mini tummy tuck that included a scar revision and dog-ear correction.
