Description:
This patient had gained nearly 100 lbs over the course of her multiple pregnancies and although she was able to lose some of it, she was unable to lose all of the weight and was left with an excess of skin on her abdomen and deflation and sagging of her breasts. Dr. Plant corrected these issues for her using an extended tummy tuck with liposuction to the flanks and a vertical (a.k.a. lollipop) breast lift with a small reduction at the same time.
