Description:
This patient had 790cc saline implants overfilled to 960, but wanted them to be larger to match her hips and give a balanced hourglass figure. They were originally placed through a transaxillary incision so Dr. Plant used an endoscopic transaxillary approach to avoid making any new scars. He replaced her implants with moderate plus 800cc implants that he overfilled to 1200cc.
