Description:
This patient was looking to have her breasts lifted and the shape made rounder, however she was already a DD and did not want her breasts to be any larger. Dr. Plant performed a reductive-augmentation-mastopexy removing 180g from her right breast, 211g from her left breast and inserting full profile 335g highly cohesive (a.k.a. Gummy Bear) implants in a subglandular pocket before finishing with a vertical mastopexy (a.k.a Lollipop lift).
