Description:
This patient had Allergan 350g textured silicone implants placed 12 years ago. The implants no longer fit with her active lifestyle and more athletic body so she wanted them removed. Because they were biocell textured implants she also wanted the capsules removed to decrease her risk of BIA-ALCL in the future. Dr. Plant performed en-bloc capsulectomies to accomplish both of these goals. Results are shown at 2 months.
