Description:
Since having her children and breastfeeding them this patient had felt that her breasts were saggy and deflated. She wanted a lift and a full breast but did not want an implant. Dr. Plant helped her achieve her goals by using a vertical mastopexy (lollipop lift) in combination with an auto-augmentation where he used her own breast tissue as if it were an implant to provide volume in the upper pole to give an appearance similar to having an implant.
