Description:

This patient was looking for an overall facial rejuvenation with a focus on the lower face, neck and eyes. She had deep lines around her mouth and on her neck that Dr. Plant treated with a lower face and neck lift. The fine lines around her mouth were treated with a chemical peel. She had already had 2 previous upper blepharoplasties, leaving her upper eyelids hollowed and prematurely aged, however her lower eyelids had not been addressed so they still had excess skin. Dr. Plant gave her a customized rejuvenation of the eyes using a fat transfer to address the hollowing of the upper lids and a pinch blepharoplasty to correct the excess skin on the lower lids without hollowing them out like had been done to the upper lids. To complete the facial rejuvenation, Dr. Plant also performed a fat transfer to her cheeks.
