Before and After Photos Breast Implant Revision with Lift - Patient 1245

Description:

This patient came to Dr. Plant after having 4 previous breast procedures with a different local surgeon. Her initial augmentation, then 3 attempts to correct multiple issues including capsular contracture, malposition and tethered scars. Unfortunately all of these procedures failed and she came to Dr. Plant with a significant animation deformity on both of her breasts as well as a tethered periareolar scar and a capsular contracture on her right. Dr. Plant performed a revision procedure involving a change from under the muscle to above, replacement of her implants with high profile 350cc implants, vertical mastopexy ("lollipop lift") and combined this with alloderm to reduce the risk of another capsular contracture. Her results are shown at 12 months.
